Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OTONOMY, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

OTONOMY lets you configure Experts, Departments, Business Processes, and Campaigns that conduct conversations and tasks across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and calendar. You are responsible for the instructions, knowledge sources, and content you configure and for the conduct of Experts you deploy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

5. Communications compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with laws governing calls, messaging, and marketing — including consent, opt-out, quiet-hours, recording-disclosure, and data-protection requirements in the regions where you and your contacts are located. OTONOMY provides tools, not legal advice, and you must configure your Experts and Campaigns accordingly.

6. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and include monthly conversation credits. Voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, heavy AI usage, and high-volume campaigns consume usage-based credits in addition to your plan. Usage is not unlimited unless expressly stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice for future billing periods.

7. Intellectual property

OTONOMY and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of your configuration data and your conversation data. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Experts generate automated communications and may produce errors; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes and for any decisions made based on them. We do not guarantee specific business results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTONOMY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Term & termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
